Holiday Card Design Contest

We are looking for patient artwork to help us design 2024 Holiday Card. Current and former patients of Shriners Children's Philadelphia are welcome to submit their artwork on any blank 8.5 x 11-inch piece of paper. The winning design will be digitally transformed into a card.

Submission forms can be found in the hospital lobby, fourth-floor clinic and sixth-floor rehabilitation department. You can return your artwork to the front desk in the lobby or to the marketing and communications department on the eighth floor. All artwork must be submitted by Thursday, October 31, 2024.

If you are creating your design at home, please mail your artwork in a flat mailing envelope to the following address:

Be sure to include your name, age and contact information. Please do not fold your artwork.

There is no need to create your design in the shape of a card. We will transform your artwork into the size and shape we need it to be.
