MyChart Patient Portal (Epic)

In the MyChart patient portal, patients can access information regarding outpatient and inpatient clinic visits, including therapy, at any of our U.S.-based locations. Patients and families can also utilize MyChart Bedside from their own phone or tablet during admissions to stay engaged with your care, be empowered with education and clinical data, and better connect with your care team. With proxy access, caregivers and loved ones can also stay informed about a patient's care and communicate with their care team.

HealtheLife Patient Portal (Cerner)

  • From April 5-May 5 2025, the HealtheLife portal will become a read-only portal for 30 days, being fully shut down starting on May 5, 2025.
