Biography
Michael E. Kallile, M.D., received his medical degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine. He completed a residency in pediatrics at Lucile Packard Children's Hospital at Stanford, and a residency in anesthesiology at University of Washington. Dr. Kallile also completed a fellowship in pediatric anesthesiology at Seattle Children's Hospital.
