Evacuation Zones
- Keep up to date on the current evacuation zones within the San Gabriel Valley from CalFire.
- Get real-time fire updates and alerts on your phone from Watch Duty.
Evacuation Centers
If you are subject to emergency evacuation, you can head to the following evacuation centers:
Pasadena Convention Center at 300 E. Green St., Pasadena, CA 91101.
Parking is available at the parking structure across the street from the Convention Center, located at 155 E. Green St. Please enter from Marengo Avenue. The Humane Society is on-site to accept pets for boarding. Service animals will be allowed inside the Convention Center.

Transportation
- Uber: Residents in Los Angeles County who’ve been ordered to vacate their homes can get a credit from Uber to get to an evacuation site. The $40 will only be valid for trips to an active shelter and by using the code WILDFIRE25.
- Lyft: It will be offering $25 vouchers, valid for two trips, to 500 customers from now until midnight on January 15. Use the code CAFIRERELIEF25 to get the promotion.
LA Metro
- Fare collection has been suspended systemwide.

- Metro Micro service in Pasadena, Altadena, and Sierra Madre has been suspended north of Woodbury Road, New York Drive and Sierra Madre Boulevard.
Temporary Housing
Airbnb: 211 LA is partnering with Airbnb to offer free temporary housing for people displaced from their homes due to wildfires. More info here.
Donations Available
For those affected by the Eaton Fire, Santa Anita Park has become a pop-up donation site where people in need can pick up food, clothing, toiletries, baby items and just about anything else to help. 285 W Huntington Drive, Arcadia.
Unsafe Drinking Water
The Eaton Fire caused damage to several City of Pasadena water reservoirs/tanks and pump stations, potentially impacting water quality. Do not drink tap water in the affected areas. Learn more here.
Utilities
- AT&T: The telecommunications company announced it is offering wildfire areas unlimited data, talk and text through Feb. 6. Visit their official site for a list of valid zip codes.
- Verizon: It will waive call, text and data charges for customers in the hardest hit areas. The company also deployed free Wi-Fi and charging stations at three wildfire shelters.
Food Assistance
- Los Angeles Regional Food Bank: The organization working with its network of more than 600 partner agencies to assess needs during the SoCal wildfire emergency. If you need food assistance in Los Angeles County, visit their website for the nearest location.
- World Central Kitchen: Truck offering free meals to evacuees and first responders. Visit their website.
Childcare
The YMCA is pleased to offer free childcare for children of first responders, essential workers and families who have been displaced, evacuated or who have otherwise experienced loss. Limited spaces are available. To find your nearest YMCA, please visit ymcala.org/locations.
