Waiting Room Activities
Child-friendly activities are held in the outpatient waiting room. These include structured and unstructured activities such as arts and crafts, video games, books and music events.

Internet Access
Internet access is available in the outpatient and rehabilitation waiting rooms, using our PFA network. Please request login information from any staff member, if needed.
Interpreter Services
Shriners Children's Erie offers interpretive services for you and your child. It is vital to ensure that you have accurate information about your child's care. We contract with a video interpreter vendor service as well as local interpreters and agencies to meet the needs of our patients and families. Care management staff members work to ensure patient and family interpreting needs are identified and met.
Vending Machines
Vending machines are available on the lower level, inside the dining room.
