Getting Here
Shriners Children's Portland is located on Marquam Hill in southwest Portland, nestled in the heart of a world-renowned medical community. Shriners Children's Portland is easily accessible from Interstate 5 or Interstate 405, and by various public transportation routes including the Portland Aerial Tram.
We are approximately 10 miles from Vancouver, Washington, 100 miles from Eugene, Oregon, and 175 miles from Seattle, Washington.

Parking
Shriners Children's Portland has free parking located in the garage beneath the hospital. Directly off of Sam Jackson Park Road, turn into the driveway to access the parking garage. Before approaching the parking gate, stop at the intercom on the left and push the button to speak with the attendant. The gate will then be raised to allow access to the garage. This parking garage has limited ceiling clearance of 6 feet and 5 inches.
Take the elevator to the first floor lobby and check in at the front desk.
Oversized vehicles
For oversized vehicles, we offer limited parking directly outside the main lobby. To access this lot, turn east off of Sam Jackson Park Road once you've reached the Shriners Hospitals for Children sign. Continue along the side of our building and turn right into parking level 4 (P4). Stop at the intercom on the left and push the button to speak with the attendant, who will then raise the gate for you.
Note: The main entrance of the building is for patient drop-off and pick-up only.

Travel assistance
If you need travel assistance, please begin by contacting your insurance provider. If they're unable to assist, contact your local Shriners International chapter. In some cases, the Shriner groups may be able to assist in arranging overnight stays if you are traveling from a great distance or if your visit will take longer than a day. If you do not know which Shriners International chapter is closest to you, please call our care management office at 503-221-3783.
