Transportation

If your family would benefit from transportation services to and from the Portland International Airport, the Portland Greyhound Station or the Portland Amtrak Train Station, please contact your insurance provider. The Hospital Cafeteria is located on the second floor and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. Learn more about our food options.

Internet Access

You can access the internet through the Patient and Family Access Network (PFA). Just ask a staff member how to login from your phone or personal computer. There are also computers available for patients and families in the family lounges on the third floor and in the family resource library in the first floor waiting room.

Library Services

Located in the first floor waiting room, the library includes specialized books, journals, audio-visual resources, fliers about upcoming events, and internet resources about you/your child’s condition. In addition to resources on medical topics, there are resources about careers, healthy relationships, independent living, recreation, support and transition.

24-Hour Security

Our security team provides on-site service 24 hours a day. The security staff will escort you to the parking garage upon request. If you have safety concerns or would like a security escort, please call the help desk at ext. 0, or visit the main desk in the hospital lobby.

Free Parking

Our parking garage is located underneath the hospital and is monitored by our security team 24 hours a day. Before approaching the parking gate, stop at the intercom on the left and push the button to speak with the attendant. The gate will then be raised to allow access to the garage. An oversized vehicle lot is also available and located up the side road marked by the Shriners statue.
