Leelach Rothschild, M.D., is an associate professor of clinical anesthesiology in the Department of Anesthesiology at the University of Illinois Hospital and Health Sciences System. She is board certified in anesthesiology and pediatric anesthesiology. Her clinical and academic interests include osteogenesis imperfecta, physician wellness, compassion training for medical providers and medical student advising and education.

In addition to her clinical duties at the University of Illinois, Dr. Rothschild provides care for patients at Shriners Children's Chicago, and values their team approach to caring for medically complex children and their families. Dr. Rothschild serves as an active member on the American Society of Anesthesiologists Committee of Physical Well-Being and serves as secretary for Society for Pediatric Anesthesia's Physician Well-Being Special Interest Group.
