Biography
Thomas Engelhardt, M.D., Ph.D., FRCA, specializes in pediatric anesthesia (safe conduct of anesthesia, airway management, pharmacology, basic science and psychology).
He is a founding member of the Safe Anaesthesia For Every Tot initiative (www.safetots.org), steering group member of the NECTARINE study (www.esahq.org/NECTARINE), section editor of Pediatric Anesthesia, editorial board member of Acta Anesthesiologic Scandinavica and associate editor British Journal Anesthesia.
