Mary Beth Cermak, M.D., graduated summa cum laude from Gannon University with a biology degree. She then pursued her medical degree at Temple University and was actively involved in the Honorary Society, Alpha Omega Alpha. Dr. Cermak's post-graduate training included West Virginia University, where she completed her orthopaedic residency, followed by a one-year hand fellowship at Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Cermak has built a successful career the past 30+ years at Hand, Microsurgery & Reconstructive Orthopaedics in Erie, PA and is a managing partner. She has extensive experience in medical treatment of the hand and upper extremity.
