Are you interested in connecting your patient with a college sports team in their area? You can learn about this two-year program at Team IMPACT Field Day on April 12. This event will include games and activities, lunch, a live DJ and more. Meet Team IMPACT families and athletes, and most importantly, have fun. Families do not need to be currently involved with Team IMPACT to participate. This event is free.
Team IMPACT is a national nonprofit that connects children facing life-changing diagnoses and disabilities with local college athletic teams, forming lifelong bonds and life-changing outcomes.
Several Shriners Children's Chicago patients have signed with college teams as part of the program.
