Pediatric Wound Care Boot Camp

Parking: Free parking is available in the Shriners Hospital Garage.
Registration includes all continuing education credits, presentations, conference materials and lunch. 

Presented by Shriners Hospitals for Children in partnership with the Wound Care Team at UC Davis Children’s Hospital, the Pediatric Wound Care Boot Camp is a continuing education course for nurses, physical therapists, respiratory therapists and other health care professionals who provide wound care to infants and children. The course includes both didactic and hands-on instruction as well as vendor demonstrations.

Registration

The $50 registration fee includes all continuing education credits, presentations, conference materials, and lunch. The fee is fully refundable to all Shriners and UC Davis participants upon completion of the
course.

If you are a Shriners Hospital or UCD Health employee, please list your unit/department. Be sure to bring your Shriners Hospital or UCD Health employer-issued ID badge to the course, in order to verify
current employment.

Continuing Education Credit

Shriners Hospitals for Children — Northern California is approved as a Recognized Continuing Competency Approving Agency by the Physical Therapy Board of Calfornia. This course is approved for 4.5 continuing education units. The program also is approved by the California Board of Nursing, Provider Number 04148, for 4.5 contact hours
