Favorite back to school recipe: Banana smoothie

Going back to school is exciting, but it also means lives get busier! It is important for students to stay fueled with nutrient-dense foods to maintain focus and energy levels. Smoothies are perfect because they are quick, tasty, and healthy! They can make a great meal or snack and they are a great way to take in a lot of nutrients. There are so many varieties of smoothies, but try to choose a recipe with protein because it helps keep you full, so adding protein powder or natural protein sources like nut butters or yogurt can be delicious additions to your smoothie! Enjoy!
